A: We will send you an email with the tracking number to your Paypal email address. You can simply go to the link provided in the email and see the progress of your order.

You may also use the tracking feature on the home page. Please note: With this feature, your order may not show up until it has been sent for shipping.

A: We usually ship within 2 business days of the payment clearing. Some methods of payments through Paypal can take a few days to complete.

How do I become an affiliate?

A: Simply click on the affiliate link on the home page and fill out the short form. If one of our affiliates referred you, please put their full name and/or ID# in the FAX line. We will contact you with the full rep agreement shortly afterward.

Q: What is an affiliate?
What is an affiliate?

A: An affiliate is an independant sales representative for DayDreamer Gifts. They are not employees. They are responsible for all taxes (income, sales, etc.) and business licensure necessary for their area.

They are paid 20% commission on the sales that are made through their personal affiliate link. They also receive a 20% discount on their personal orders.

Should they choose to build a team, they will receive 5% commission on the sales of their personal referrals.

What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. You will be responsible for the shipping. As soon as the item is received, we will refund the price of the item to the paypal address that paid for the item.
